智通财经APP讯，神冠控股(00829)发布公告，公司董事会已获神冠生物科技投资有限公司(神冠生物)知会，神冠生物于2026年4月9日至2026年4月14日期间以连串交易于公开市场收购合共845.2万股公司股份，相当于2026年4月14日公司已发行股本约0.26%。
周亚仙女士为公司的主要股东、董事会主席、执行董事兼神冠生物全部已发行股本的实益拥有人，而神冠生物则持有冠盛有限公司(冠盛)全部权益，冠盛则持有富通有限公司(富通)全部权益，富通则于2026年4月14日实益持有12.83亿股股份。神冠生物亦持有仙盛有限公司(仙盛)全部权益，而仙盛则于2026年4月14日实益持有2.52亿股股份。于2026年4月14日，神冠生物实益持有1.05亿股股份。因此，就香港法例第571章证券及期货条例而言，周女士被视为或当作于神冠生物、富通及仙盛实益拥有的所有股份中拥有权益。周女士亦为神冠生物、冠盛、富通及仙盛各自的董事。于收购后及于2026年4月14日，周女士于合共16.4亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于公司已发行股本约50.76%。
