中国质量新闻网讯 为切实防范化解产品质量安全风险，保障人民群众生命财产安全，近日，甘肃省酒泉市肃北县市场监管局立足监管职责，联合县应急管理局、住建局、消防救援大队等部门组织开展液化石油气瓶等产品质量安全监督检查。

本次检查以辖区内液化石油气经营配送站、燃气器具销售经营主体为重点对象，围绕产品进货查验、质量标识、气瓶定期检验及充装合规性等关键环节开展全面排查，共检查经营主体8家。重点核查经营主体是否具备合法经营资质，相关证照是否齐全有效，是否依法实施气瓶充装许可，是否完成家用燃气器具强制性产品认证。同时检查在用及待售气瓶是否在检验有效期内，是否存在私自改装、超期未检、报废气瓶违规充装销售等行为。检查过程中执法人员向经营者宣传普及《中华人民共和国产品质量法》《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》《强制性产品认证管理规定》等法律规章，指导企业提升守法经营意识和安全责任意识。
