Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) said it has declared a distribution for March of AU$0.9846 per unit, up from the estimated AU$0.9517 per unit released on March 31, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The distribution represents an annualized distribution return of 7.25%, up from the previously estimated 7%, the filing added.
