近日，海信家电披露2025年年报及高管薪酬明细，公司营收、净利双降，董事长、总裁高玉玲年薪却涨至286.48 万元，较 2024 年的235.66 万元增加50.82 万元，涨幅21.6%。

年报显示，2025年海信家电营收879.28亿元，同比降5.19%；归母净利润31.87亿元，同比降4.82%，为近年首次营收下滑。总体上来说，能有这样的业绩还不错。

高玉玲2024年11月多年担任董事长，2025年7月兼任总裁，全面执掌公司仅一年。其上任后推行 “精细化管控”，强调财务纪律与成本优化。

值得注意的是，原总裁胡剑涌离任前获得税前报酬299.35万元，

其2024年的薪酬是406.13万元，而高玉玲2025年薪酬比起胡剑勇的2024年全年薪酬还是低了不少。

从履职看，高玉玲财务背景突出，曾主导海外并购整合。根据2025年年报，公司经营活动产生的现金流量净额57.96亿元，同比增长12.94%，最终实现经营现金流逆势增长，现金流质量持续提升。

且筹资活动现金流出从上年的100.48亿元降至69.92亿元，偿债压力有所缓解。

海信家电的这些财务方面取得的成果，离不开董事长兼总裁高玉玲的贡献。运营商财经网将持续关注其后续履职情况。
