智通财经APP讯，紫元元(08223)发布公告，认购协议所载的所有条件均已达成，且认购事项已根据认购协议的条款及条件于2026年4月16日完成。合共8600万股认购股份已获配发及发行予认购人，相当于紧接完成前公司全部已发行股本的20.00%及紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的公司全部已发行股本的16.67%。
认购事项的所得款项净额估计约为4250万港元(扣除认购事项的开支后)。公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额用作集团营运资金，其中约20%将用于支付集团持续的行政及营运开支，而约80%将用于采购集团医疗器械及耗材贸易业务的贸易商品。
