SolsticeX 是一家根据香港法律成立的投资控股公司，专注于多媒体广播、卫星和无线传输服务 。SolsticeX 活跃于东盟市场，从事与航天技术、卫星制造、地面段运营及数据分析相关的活动 。
公司是一家从事卫星数据业务的公司 。董事会认为，拟议合作若落实，将可结合双方在卫星通讯及航天技术领域的资源与专业知识，有助于集团进一步拓展市场机会(尤其是在东盟市场) 。因此，董事会认为订立谅解备忘录符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
双方拟探讨及开发与卫星和空间领域相关的商业合作、市场机会开发及融资安排。双方同意评估彼此的业务价值，并量化合作收益。自谅解备忘录生效之日起90日内，双方同意委派专业人员就合作进行专属磋商 。
