Tesla's (TSLA) Cybertruck sales have been boosted by purchases from Elon Musk's other companies, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing S&P Global Mobility registration data.

SpaceX accounted for 1,279 of the 7,071 Cybertrucks registered in the US in Q4, with other Musk-linked firms also acquiring vehicles, according to the report.

Without those purchases, Cybertruck registrations would have declined 51% during the period, the report said.

Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
