Michael Saylor领导的Strategy公司（MSTR）正在调整其持续增持比特币（BTC-USD）的融资方式，其最新举措标志着资本策略的显著转变。根据提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件，该公司自2025年7月推出高收益证券以来，首次完全通过其“Stretch”永续优先股为每周10亿美元的比特币购买提供资金。这些购买发生在截至4月12日的七天内，巩固了Strategy作为比特币最大企业持有者的地位。

　　这一变化发生之际，该公司传统的基于股权的融资方式似乎已变得不那么有效。Strategy此前依赖发行普通股，其股价与比特币之间的溢价为其提供了支持，在市场状况较好时有助于限制稀释。随着比特币从去年10月的峰值下跌，这一溢价已经收窄，增加了投资者对稀释的敏感度。作为回应，该公司更加倚重优先股——优先股不会稀释普通股股东，但其STRC证券附带11.5%的股息。

　　这一转变引入了不同的权衡。虽然它可能减轻稀释担忧，但也增加了固定的财务义务，可能在加密货币波动期间加大压力。Strategy在先前的一次低迷期间建立了22.5亿美元的现金储备以帮助管理流动性风险，并且在当前环境下，随着其他企业持有者和高净值个人减少敞口，Strategy仍是少数重要的买家之一。该公司持有价值约550亿美元的比特币，而其股价在过去一年中下跌约56%，尽管最近上涨1.6%至130.22美元，同期比特币上涨不到1%至71，800美元。
