4月16日，宁德时代盘初涨超8%，一季度实现营业收入1291.31亿元，同比增长52.45%；实现归母净利润207.38亿元，同比增长48.52%。
宁德时代同时宣布，拟投资设立全资子公司时代资源集团（厦门）有限公司。本次设立的全资子公司将定位为公司新能源矿产领域的专业投资运营与管理平台。时代资源集团拟定注册资本人民币300亿元。
另外，宁德时代确认将于4月21日举办2026年“超级科技日”发布会，主题为“极域之约”。宁德时代表示，这是成立以来技术密度最高的一场发布会，届时将带来全新的技术、产品和生态，每一个都指向行业最关注的问题。具体产品细节暂不公开。
