中国财政部即将在香港发行逾两年来最大规模离岸人民币主权债，此举将为全球投资者提供更多人民币计价资产选择，并被市场视为人民币国际化进程提速的重要信号。
财政部公告显示，将于4月22日在香港发行2026年第二期人民币国债，规模达155亿元。据彭博汇编数据，这将超过今年2月的140亿元发行规模，成为财政部自2023年10月以来规模最大的一次点心债发行。
公告未透露发行期限等详细安排，具体信息将通过香港金融管理局债务工具中央结算系统（CMU）披露。
此次发行规模的扩大，被市场人士解读为离岸人民币市场流动性充裕、本地需求强劲的直接体现。星展银行高级经济学家谢家曦向彭博表示，这也反映出人民币国际化进程在稳健需求的支撑下得以逐步推进。
今年1月，中国人民银行副行长邹澜在亚洲金融论坛上明确表示，中国将进一步增加离岸人民币国债年度发行规模，以活跃市场交易、提升人民币定价能力。此次155亿元的发行安排，与上述政策方向一脉相承。
