ChainCatcher 消息，据官方消息，BitMEX Research 发布最新研究文章提出，针对未来量子计算机可能破解椭圆曲线签名的风险，比特币网络或可采用一种替代 “直接冻结” 的软分叉机制，以减少争议并提高灵活性。
该方案围绕 “量子脆弱资金冻结” 展开，但建议避免在无证据情况下直接冻结全部相关资产，而是通过可验证条件触发机制来逐步执行安全策略。该提案的核心是建立一个 “信号金库”，其中包含使用 “无意外数” 生成的特殊地址，以证明任何人都不掌握其私钥。如果该地址发生被动支出，将被视为量子计算能力已真实存在的链上证据，从而立即触发对量子脆弱资产的全面冻结。
同时，该基金可通过多签结构吸引资金作为 “量子赏金”，用于激励潜在攻击者暴露能力。文章同时提到，目前已有 BIP-361 提案推动分阶段禁用旧签名体系并最终冻结风险资产，但该方案因涉及 “强制冻结” 而存在争议。
新提出的 “信号触发 + 安全窗口” 机制旨在替代固定时间冻结路径，在保留比特币抗审查特性的同时，降低潜在系统冲击，但也带来了复杂性与执行风险权衡问题。
