消息面上，据上海有色网报道，4月国内部分多晶硅复产推迟或增加检修，产量或不及此前预期，4月国内市场产量预计不足9万吨。前期市场签单有所增加，但市场供应有一定基数，对比供应，多晶硅仍有累库压力。
值得注意的是，中办国办近期发布关于推动行业协会商会深化改革的意见，明确提出“从严管理行业协会商会设立企业”。据悉，今年1月，市场监管总局要求中国光伏行业协会及被约谈企业不得约定产能、产能利用率、产销量及销售价格；不得通过出资比例，以任何形式进行市场划分、产量分配、利润分配；不得当前、今后就价格、成本、产销量等信息开展沟通协调。
