Digico Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) received notice that BlackRock Group and its subsidiaries increased their holdings in the company to 9.26% from 8.16%, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
BlackRock Group now owns 51.3 million shares in the company, the filing said.
The company's shares rose around 5% in recent Thursday trade.
