* 宁德时代周三公布财报显示，一季度净利润同比增48.5%，增速较上季有所放缓但仍超预期。
* 中国证监会上周五发布意见深化创业板改革，将针对新兴产业和未来产业企业增设第四套上市标准，支持优质未盈利创新企业等在创业板发行上市。意见还指出，将在创业板引入做市商制度，增强市场内在稳定性；优化创业板宽基指数体系，推出更多创业板相关ETF产品和期权品种，适时推出创业板股指期货。
