Diversified United Investment (ASX:DUI) shareholders approved its proposed merger with Australian United Investment Co. (ASX:AUI) at a Thursday meeting, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Diversified United Investment said it will apply to the Federal Court of Australia for the deal's approval, with the second court hearing due to take place on April 20 in Melbourne.
