智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)发布公告，公司于2026年4月15日与建信金融租赁订立融资租赁合同，建信金融租赁同意向公司购买租赁资产，转让价款为不超过人民币6350万元;及将租赁资产回租予公司，为期五年。
租赁资产为公司拥有独立所有权和处置权的若干污水处理等设备设施资产，其将首先由建信金融租赁向公司购买，并将回租予公司。
融资租赁安排乃于公司日常及一般业务过程中订立，目的为让公司取得其营运所需的财务资源及继续使用营运所需的若干资产。根据融资租赁安排，公司将产生约人民币6350万元的所得款项，有关款项将由集团用作日常运营及偿还借款。
