日本经济产业省一名高级官员周三表示，日本计划自5月初起投放约3600万桶国家石油储备，预计与炼油企业的相关合同将于4月底前敲定。

　　日本首相高市早苗上周表示，当前美国、以色列与伊朗的冲突扰乱全球能源运输，日本计划从5月起释放可供国内使用20天的石油储备，以保障国内供应稳定，同时寻求从中东以外地区采购原油。

　　日本已于3月16日开始单方面并协同其他国家释放石油储备，相关计划投放量可供国内使用50天。此次计划释放的20天用量为在此基础上的追加部分。

　　日本经济产业省紧急危机管理厅副厅长细川成美表示，日本日均石油需求量约为180万桶，第二轮国家应急石油储备投放总量预计约为3600万桶。

　　细川成美称，此次投放方式将与首轮一致，拟通过与国内炼油企业签订灵活协商合同的方式开展，相关细节预计于4月底前最终确定。

　　他表示，首轮储备投放价格参照2月份产油国官方售价制定，而下一轮投放定价正在审议中，将结合后续市场走势综合确定。

　　针对日本石油协会公布的国内炼油厂开工率仅维持在设计产能68%左右的情况，细川成美回应称，该数据接近70%，并不算特别异常。
