智通财经APP讯，佳源服务(01153)发布公告，于2026年4月15日，公司拟配售最多6050万股配售股份，占公司于本公告日期现有发行股本约9.89%;及公司经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约9.00%。 配售价每股配售股份0.25港元，较4月15日收市价每股股份0.265港元折让约5.66%。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将为1512.5万港元，所得款项净额估计约为1460万港元。公司拟将配售事项的全部所得款项净额用于充实集团的一般营运资金及加强集团的财务状况，其将用于集团的一般营运资金，包括租金付款、员工成本、专业费用及其他一般行政及营运开支，以及用于结算未偿还应付款项。
