金吾财讯 | 美国银行(BAC)周四宣布，将于2026年5月4日赎回其所有未偿还的本金金额为15亿欧元的1.776%固定/浮动利率高级票据，该票据于2027年5月4日到期。上述票据是根据美国银行公司650亿欧元中期票据计划发行的。票据的赎回价格将等于每1,000欧元计算金额(如2018年5月8日修订并重述的最终条款中所规定)对应的可选赎回金额1,000欧元，加上截至(但不包括)2026年5月4日赎回日的应计未付利息。由于2026年5月4日不是营业日，票据的赎回价格将于下一个营业日2026年5月5日支付，票据的利息将在赎回日停止计息，票据赎回价格的支付将根据EuroclearBankSA/NV和ClearstreamBanking,S.A.的适用程序进行。
