智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2026年4月16日，本公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与东台城投订立反向保理协议(东台城投反向保理协议)。根据东台城投反向保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向东台城投提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务(应收账款服务)并授予反向循环信贷限额人民币3000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为7%至8%，自2026年4月16日起生效及于2028年4月16日到期。
鉴于东台城投反向保理协议乃于悦达商业保理的日常及一般业务过程中进行，在融资期内将为本公司贡献溢利，属于一般商业条款，并有利于本集团扩展业务以及与东台城投建立长远的业务关系，董事认为，东台城投反向保理协议的条款属公平合理，并符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
