智通财经APP讯，大唐发电(00991)发布公告，大唐国际发电股份有限公司(“公司”)于2025年12月30日召开的2025年第三次临时股东会通过决议，同意公司2026年开展境内外权益融资及债务融资合计不超过人民币900亿元。
2025年10月22日，公司收到中国银行间市场交易商协会的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2025〕TDFI43号)，接受公司债务融资工具注册，注册额度自2025年5月23日起3年内有效。
公司于近日完成了“大唐国际发电股份有限公司2026年度第五期超短期融资券”(“本期超短期融资券”)的发行。本期超短期融资券的发行额为人民币20亿元，期限为120天，单位面值为人民币100元，发行票面利率为1.38%，起息日为2026年4月16日。
本期超短期融资券由兴业银行股份有限公司作为主承销商及簿记管理人，上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司、光大证券股份有限公司作为联席主承销商，募集资金全部用于偿还有息债务及补充营运资金。
