据知情人士称，美国衍生品交易最高监管机构正调查一系列在特朗普近期伊朗战争政策转向前进行的、时机异常精准的石油期货交易。

　　知情人士表示，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）正牵头调查在芝商所和洲际交易所平台上的石油期货交易。他们还表示，两家交易所都被要求提交数据。

　　知情人士称，CFTC正在调查约两周内至少两次交易量在重大政策宣布前突然激增的情况。监管机构要求交易所提供的数据包括“Tag 50”操作员识别码，即交易背后实体的身份信息。

　　过去几周异常大的交易量令外界担忧可能存在对重大非公开信息的滥用。冲突爆发之初，中东石油运输的历史性扰动导致油价飙升。随后几周，随着市场猜测霍尔木兹海峡的油轮通行何时才能恢复，油价剧烈波动。

　　两位民主党参议员已敦促CFTC调查潜在的违规行为，对这些时机异常精准交易的审查力度加大。白宫上个月发放了一份内部备忘录，警告工作人员不得利用敏感信息在金融市场和押注事件的博彩平台上进行交易。
