据社区爆料，RAVE 项目由原 ARPA 与 Bella Protocol 团队操盘，主理人为徐茂桐（Felix Xu）和 Yemu。Felix Xu 于 2021 年募集一只 2000 万美元加密基金 ZX Squared Capital，其主要从事量化交易。此次 RAVE 主动做市及拉盘资金主要来自该基金，项目方自发项目、自配资、自做市，最大化减少信任摩擦与老鼠仓风险，从而实现利润最大化。
