国际货币基金组织（IMF）首席经济学家皮埃尔·奥利维耶·古兰沙表示，包括日本央行在内的主要央行目前没有迫切需要上调利率。

　　古兰沙在被问及中东危机下货币政策的走向时表示，包括美联储、欧洲央行、英国央行和日本央行在内的主要央行可以等待。

　　古兰沙表示，如果通胀显现顽固迹象、出现薪资物价螺旋式上升的情况，或家庭和企业的价格预期发生变化，那么政策制定者将需要采取行动。

　　古兰沙表示，各国央行无法控制油价，但可以采取措施防止第二轮效应，并维持通胀预期良好锚定。
