IT之家 4 月 15 日消息，Meta、博通两家企业美国当地时间 14 日宣布扩展在 MTIA 系列 AI XPU 上的合作，其中博通在新闻稿中表示正与 Meta 合作推出业界首款 2nm AI 计算加速器。
IT之家注意到，目前消息显示英伟达将跳过常规版本的 2nm 制程，未来的 "Feynman" GPU 将直接导入台积电首代 SPR 超级电轨工艺制程 A16；而 AMD 的 Instinct MI 系列显卡加速器则会从今年公布的 MI400 世代开始应用 2nm，后续的 MI500 也将采用 2nm 衍生工艺。
Meta 在 MTIA 系列 AI XPU 上追求尖端制程旨在弥补自身后发劣势，加速追赶谷歌、英伟达、AMD 等竞争对手。
