消息面上，今年3月，吉利德宣布以16.75亿美元首付款和最高5亿美元里程碑付款收购Ouro Medicines(核心资产为BCMAxCD3双抗CM336)。基于康诺亚对Ouro的持股比例，公司将获得约2.5亿美元首付款和最高7000万美元里程碑付款。同时，吉利德将继续履行前期签署的合作协议，包括最多6.1亿美元里程碑付款和销售分成。
国信证券发布研报称，由于吉利德收购Ouro，康诺亚将获得2.5亿美元首付款，大幅上调2026年盈利预测，并新增2028年盈利预测。预计公司2026-28年营收27.4/21.5/26.7亿元，归母净利润8.0/0.7/4.3亿元。公司的核心产品司普奇拜单抗纳入医保后预计将快速销售放量，后续创新管线顺利推进，维持“优于大市”评级。
