4月15日金融一线消息，中国太保今日发布公告称，董事会近日收到公司第十届董事会非执行董事候选人周磊的辞呈。因工作变动原因，周磊辞去公司第十届董事会非执行董事候选人，其辞任自送达公司董事会之日起生效。鉴于此，王他竽继续担任公司非执行董事及相关董事会专门委员会委员职务。
