智通财经APP获悉，中银香港(02388)近期有高层人事调动。消息透露，出任该行集团风险总监逾两年的徐海峰，已于本月初调回母企中国银行(03988)，接替今年1月离任的赵蓉，担任中行总行风险管理部总经理；原中行公司金融与投资银行部副总经理王春飞，则于4月1日起调任中银香港接任风险总监，有关任命尚待监管机构批准。
据悉，中银已就相关安排发出内部通知，并更新官网高层管理名单。集团风险总监职级相当于副总裁级别，而在上月底公布业绩时，徐海峰当时仍以管理层身份出席，显示调动于近期完成。
徐海峰，东北财经大学国际金融专业学士，香港中文大学工商管理硕士，1993年加入中国银行，曾在总行、辽宁省分行任职，后历任匈牙利分行行长、纽约分行副行长、中国银行(欧洲)有限公司董事长、卢森堡分行行长。2022年加入中银香港任副总裁，2024年兼任风险总监。
王春飞，中国人民大学国际金融专业学士、金融学专业硕士。2001年加入中国银行，曾任职于总行资产保全部、风险管理部、信用审批部，在风险和信贷管理方面具备丰富经验和扎实的专业知识。2020年4月任中银金融资产投资有限公司助理总经理，2021年12月升任副总经理；2025年4月回归总行。
