　　近日，沈阳燃气集团有限公司与浙江正泰新能源开发有限公司在杭州正式签订法库风电绿氢耦合天然气项目合作框架协议，标志着沈阳市在绿氢规模化应用领域取得突破性进展，也为东北地区能源结构绿色转型提供了借鉴。

　　根据协议，双方首期计划在辽宁法库经济开发区建设天然气掺氢示范项目，年掺氢规模达千万立方米级。目前，项目已完成门站选址、风机点位踏勘及技术方案论证，拟在沈法燃气门站附近布局40MW风电制氢项目，通过自建线路，实现绿电直供制氢站。项目设计年产氢气2500万标准立方米，产出的氢气由沈阳燃气集团结合全市天然气全年用量统一调配使用，打造“法库制氢、全市共享”的应用格局。

　　正泰新能源将发挥其碱性电解槽等自主可控装备优势，为项目提供高效风电制氢技术与建设支持；沈阳燃气则利用现有管网基础设施，探索掺氢天然气安全输送与商业化运营模式，共同推进天然气掺氢示范项目建设，助力沈阳构建“制—储—输—用”一体化氢能产业生态。

　　项目建成后，将有效探索绿氢的商业化应用路径，完善氢能产业生态，助力构建“技术研发—装备制造—场景应用”全链条协同发展体系。
