智通财经APP讯，北京汽车(01958)公布，于临时股东会上，(i)张国富先生获委任为非执行董事;(ii)郑明英女士获委任为执行董事;及(iii)周建裕先生获委任为非执行董事，全部任期自2026年4月14日起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
于同日，董事会召开董事会会议并议决委任：(i)张国富先生为董事长及董事会战略与可持续发展委员会及董事会提名委员会主任;(ii)郑明英女士为战略委员会委员;(iii)周建裕先生为战略委员会委员;及(iv)赵锦伦先生为战略委员会委员，任期均自2026年4月14日起至第五届董事会任期结束时止。
