金吾财讯 | 中国证监会发布《关于开展2026年信息技术系统服务机构年度备案的通知》。2020年，中国证监会发布了《<证券服务机构从事证券服务业务备案管理规定>第九条的适用意见—证券期货法律适用意见第16号》(证监会公告〔2020〕64号)和《监管规则适用指引—科技监管类第1号》，启动了信息技术系统服务机构备案工作。截至2025年12月31日，已有49家信息技术系统服务机构完成首次备案并公示。请上述机构于2026年5月15日前，登录中国证监会政务服务平台信息技术系统服务机构备案信息采集系统”中“年度事项备案”栏目报送年度备案材料。
