智通财经APP讯，登辉控股(01692)发布公告，待本公司股东在拟定于2026年5月27日（星期三）举行的本公司股东周年大会上批准后，董事会建议委任：李伯文先生为执行董事;董铭尧女士为执行董事;及陆鹤强先生为执行董事。(李伯文先生、董铭尧女士及陆鹤强先生统称及分别为“候选董事”。)待股东于股东周年大会上批准后，各候选董事获执行董事的委任将于股东周年大会结束时生效。
执行董事赵维光先生(赵先生)基于其决定投入更多时间于个人其他事务而将不会在股东周年大会上重选连任。赵先生将根据细则轮值退任执行董事职务，并将于股东周年大会结束后不再担任执行董事。
