智通财经APP讯，海通恒信(01905)公布，公司拟于2026 年 4 月 16 日至 2026 年 4 月 17 日续发海通恒信国际融资租赁股份有限公司 2025 年面向专业机构投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(数字经济)(第一期)，本期债券发行金额为不超过 7 亿元(含 7 亿元)，期限为 5 年期，第 3 个计息年度付息日设发行人调整票面利率选择权和投资者回售选择权。募集资金拟使用不少于 70%的募集资金用于支持数字经济领域的科技创新企业的发展，其余募集资金用于置换通过自有资金偿还的公司债券本金。
