ChainCatcher 消息，据 DL News 报道，克里姆林宫希望了解在俄罗斯进行加密货币交易的人群。俄罗斯中央银行希望在国内企业运营的钱包中，如果用户未完成身份验证，就禁止其提取加密资产。作为计划于 7 月生效的一揽子加密监管措施的一部分，该央行还希望强制国内交易平台实施 KYC 机制，以实现对俄罗斯加密交易的去匿名化处理。
此外，监管机构还希望掌握本国公民在境外持有的加密资产情况。该行第一副行长 Vladimir Chistyukhin 在接受采访时表示：“没有人试图阻止俄罗斯个人或法人继续在海外钱包中持有加密货币。我们唯一的基本要求是，他们必须向联邦税务局申报这些资产。”
