Tanger's board has raised the real-estate investment trust's quarterly dividend by 6.8%, to 31.25 cents a share from 29.25 cents.
The new payout, equal to $1.25 a year, represents an annual yield of about 3.43%, based on Friday's closing price of $36.46, up from 3.21%.
The Greensboro, N.C., company on Monday said the increased dividend is payable May 15 to shareholders of record April 30.
