The bonds have an issuance rate of 1.4%, with 3.01 billion yuan in subscriptions.
Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, while CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) is the joint lead underwriter.
