ChainCatcher 消息，据 Financial IT 报道，汇丰银行全球支付解决方案（GPS）业务已在面向受监管机构的公链 Canton Network 上成功完成代币化存款服务（TDS）试点，模拟了代币化存款的发行、转账及与其他数字资产的原子结算全流程。这是汇丰 TDS 首次在公链上发行并使用。汇丰 TDS 支持 USD、GBP、EUR、HKD、SGD 等主要货币，可将法币存款按 1:1 比例转换为数字代币，并在汇丰账本上实现即时转账，支持 7×24 小时实时结算与可编程支付。
汇丰全球支付解决方案主管 Manish Kohli 表示，此次试点展示了代币化在银行业的演进方向及所需基础设施，公司的重点在于构建安全、可互操作的能力，使客户能够在不同环境中更高效地转移资金。Canton Network 联合创始人兼 Digital Asset 首席执行官 Yuval Rooz 表示，代币化存款正在资本市场、企业银行和资金管理领域加速落地，Canton 已成为主要部署网络之一。
