智通财经APP讯，中国民航信息网络(00696)发布公告，公司执行董事黄荣顺先生因退休原因，辞去公司执行董事、战略及投资委员会(法治建设委员会)委员以及在香港联合交易所有限公司的授权代表(诚如上市规则第3.05条所规定)的职务。根据公司《章程》规定，黄荣顺先生已于2026年4月13日向董事会递交书面辞职报告，即日生效;同时，因退休原因，黄荣顺先生自2026年3月20日起，亦不再担任公司总经理职务。
此外，公司决定，由执行董事、董事长江波先生担任公司在香港联合交易所有限公司的授权代表。待新总经理获委任，公司将根据上市规则的规定刊发进一步公告。
