智通财经APP讯，新宇环保(00436)发布公告，诚如本公司日期为2023年2月7日的公布所披露，原告人不服该法院的判决，并各自向该法院提交了落款日期为2023年1月29日的民事上诉状，及该法院于2023年2月2日签发的送达回证。该附属公司已收到高级法院就该等诉讼作出的两份日期均为2026年4月3日的民事判决书。根据该等判决书，高级法院已应原告人的上诉，下令：
(i) 撤销镇江市中级人民法院就各项诉讼作出的民事判决;
(ii) 该附属公司于各判决书生效之日起十日内，向各原告人支付2502.1万港元(作为未支付股息总额);及
(iii) 驳回各原告人的所有其他申索。
于本公布日期，本公司正就高级法院对上述该等诉讼所作判决而应采取的适当行动寻求法律意见。该等判决并未影响，且预期不会影响本集团的正常营运。本公司将于适时就此事的任何重大进展刊发进一步公布。
