智通财经APP讯，协鑫新能源(00451)发布公告，于2026年4月13日，公司的间接全资附属公司时代数智国际与峰长控股有限公司订立2026年埃塞俄比亚运营服务协议，据此，时代数智国际同意向峰长提供有关位于埃塞俄比亚的若干天然气发电机组设备及算力设备的运营及管理服务。

每台发电机组的服务期限自完成其性能验收测试并接获峰长的移交书面通知的日起，并于下列两者中较早者届满时终止：(i)自该日起计3年，或(ii)目标状态下的累计运行时数达24000小时。算力设备的服务期限采用相同的计算方式。

年度代价约为人民币800万元，将根据实际发电量按每千瓦时人民币0.10元的费率支付，在为期3年的完整服务期内，预估总代价约为人民币2400万元。

集团主要从事(其中包括)为发电站提供运营及管理服务，其现有客户主要集中在中国内地，并已明确目标将此类运营及管理服务拓展至海外市场。通过运用数字化及人工智能技术重塑能源运维全价值链，集团提供全生命周期、多业态的一站式运维管理，实现“科技赋能”与“服务增值”的双重突破。订立2026年埃塞俄比亚运营服务协议可以提高集团的收入，并在提供2026年埃塞俄比亚运营服务协议项下的运营及管理服务时，充分发挥规模经济效益。
