金吾财讯 | “瑜伽服界的爱马仕”Lululemon(LULU)盘中下跌1.81%，报159.41美元，成交额1.08亿美元。消息面上，美国得克萨斯州总检察长KenPaxton当地时间周一表示，已对运动休闲品牌Lululemon展开调查，原因是其运动服饰中可能含有“永久性化学物”——主要核查是否含有全氟及多氟烷基物质(PFAS)。Paxton指出，最新研究结果与消费者担忧引发质疑：服装中的部分合成材料，是否与内分泌紊乱、不孕不育、癌症及其他健康风险相关。媒体报道称，得克萨斯州总检察长办公室将对照该州安全标准，核其的检测流程、限用物质清单及供应链管理措施。Paxton在帖文中表示：“若Lululemon违反了得州法律，必将承担相应责任。”目前，Lululemon公司一发言人称将予以配合：“公司产品中并未使用全氟及多氟烷基物质。”该发言人补充，此前该物质仅少量用于耐用防水类产品，公司已于2023财年完成对其的逐步淘汰。不过，Lululemon今日开盘股价仍应声下跌。
