智通财经APP讯，上海小南国(03666)发布公告，余志杰先生由于有其他业务需处理，已辞任(i)本公司之公司秘书;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下之本公司授权代表;及(iii)上市规则第19.05(2)条及公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下获授权代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知之代理人，上述辞任均自2026年4月13日起生效。
委任卢俊文先生为(i)公司秘书;(ii)授权代表;及(iii)法律程序代理人，上述职务均自2026年4月13日起生效，以接替余先生。
