Hoth Therapeutics (HOTH) stock was up 56% after the company reported data from its HT-VA trial, which evaluated the effects of parenteral glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor in a diet-induced obesity and metabolic-associated fatty liver disease model.

Credo Technology (CRDO) shares were 20% higher after the company said overnight it agreed to acquire DustPhotonics, a developer of silicon photonics integrated circuit technology for optical transceivers.
