智通财经APP讯，中国新华教育(02779)发布公告，公司的现任核数师毕马威会计师事务所将于其当前任期届满后，即公司将于2026年6月16日召开的应届股东周年大会结束时退任。经审核委员会推荐，于2026年4月14日，董事会议决不再于股东周年大会上提请毕马威会计师事务所任期届满时重新委任毕马威会计师事务所担任公司的核数师，并提呈一项决议案，以建议委任容诚(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司的新任核数师，任期自股东周年大会结束后生效，直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。该建议委任须待股东于股东周年大会上批准后方可作实。
