据报道，人工智能初创公司Anthropic已任命诺华首席执行官瓦斯·纳拉西姆汉（Vas Narasimhan）为其董事会成员，这是该公司数月内第二次增补董事会成员。

　　此次任命正值Anthropic积极推进IPO计划并进一步拓展医疗保健领域业务之际。作为全球领先的制药企业，诺华在药物研发、生产和商业化方面具有雄厚实力。

　　Anthropic联合创始人丹妮拉·阿莫代伊（Daniela Amodei）在一份声明中表示，纳拉西姆汉曾负责监督超过35种创新药物的开发与审批工作，积累了“在监管最为严格的行业之一”的丰富经验。

　　深化医疗领域布局

　　此次董事会人事变动是Anthropic加速进军医疗健康领域的最新举措。今年1月，该公司宣布推出一系列专门面向医疗服务提供商、保险公司和医疗科技企业的新功能，同时拓展了AI聊天机器人Claude在生命科学领域的能力，以更好地支持临床试验管理和监管流程。

　　此外，据知情人士透露，Anthropic于本月初收购了生物科技初创公司Coefficient Bio，进一步强化其在生命科学领域的技术实力。

　　分析人士指出，随着人工智能技术在药物研发、临床试验等领域的应用不断深入，Anthropic正通过引入具有深厚行业背景的高管来增强其在这一高壁垒市场的竞争力，为潜在的IPO铺路。
