金吾财讯 | 矿业企业 Nicola Mining（NIM:CA）推进纳斯达克上市，并同步完成600 万美元承销公开发行，旗下美国存托股份（ADS）定于 2026 年 4 月 13 日登陆纳斯达克资本市场，股票代码为“NICM”。
本次发行共计约 93 万份 ADS，同步配发同等数量认购权证，每份 ADS 搭配对应权证的发行定价为 6.45 美元。相关权证行权价定为 12.2213 加元，发行当日即可行权，到期日为发行满五年；每份 ADS 对应公司 12 股普通股，本次发行预计总募资 600 万美元。
本次募资净额将用于选矿厂扩建、固定资产及设备投入，同时覆盖日常管理开支并补充营运资金。此次公开发行预计于 2026 年 4 月 14 日完成交割。
