Asara Resources (ASX:AS1) appointed Jeff Quartermaine as non-executive chair, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Quartermaine will succeed Brett Montgomery, who will transition into the role of non-executive director, the filing said.
Quartermaine most recently served as chief executive of Perseus Mining (ASX:PRU), the filing added.
