新华财经约翰内斯堡4月15日电（记者蒋国鹏靳博文）据南非媒体14日报道，壳牌公司正与阿拉伯联合酋长国阿布扎比国家石油公司进行谈判，拟将其在南非境内经营的约600家加油站出售给后者。
此前，壳牌公司与全球知名能源贸易企业贡渥集团就出售南非境内加油站的谈判已经破裂。随着多家企业退出竞标，阿布扎比国家石油公司成为首选竞标者。交易估值约163亿兰特（约10亿美元）。
据报道，双方谈判进展顺利，有望在本季度达成协议。一旦协议达成，阿布扎比国家石油公司将占据南非零售燃油市场10%份额。
壳牌公司在南非拥有超过百年的运营历史。该公司2024年宣布计划退出其在南非的下游业务，涉及零售、运输和炼油等，旨在减少对传统化石能源零售业务投入，专注全球资产组合优化与能源转型。
