路透台北4月15日 - 两位消息人士周三指出，全球晶圆代工龙头--台积电2330.TWTSM.N发出投标通知，将于下周二(21日)标售120亿台币绿债，其中五年期80亿台币、10年期40亿台币。
依据投标通知，台积电本次绿债实际发行增/减额不超过原订金额的100%、80%，预计5月下旬发行。中华信用评等给予台积电评等为“tw AAA”。
此为台积电今年第二期公司债标售。3月时的首期公司债定价结果为：五年期发行利率1.72%、得标金额126亿台币，10年期发行利率在1.78%、得标金额46亿台币，合计发行172亿台币。
