一位石油市场高管表示，如果美国按计划对霍尔木兹海峡实施海上封锁，油价应该会比目前水准高得多。

　　布伦特原油价格周一升至每桶103美元以上，此前华盛顿和德黑兰未在周末的谈判达成协议，加剧了这场震动市场的全球能源危机。美军将于纽约时间周一10：00开始实施封锁，该封锁适用于所有进出伊朗港口的船只。

　　Onyx Capital Group董事总经理Jorge Montepeque表示，今天早上看到的数字——103美元；上涨8%——完全不能反映如果美国真的决定实施封锁将会发生什么。这完全说不通。油价应该到140美元、150美元。

　　Montepeque表示，美国的封锁可能将一场区域性冲突升级为一场全球性冲突，导致每日供应减少高达1，200万桶。

　　“用一个词来形容就是：疯狂，”Montepeque在接受Haslinda Amin采访时说道。他表示，美国正在做的事情毫无道理，美方过度专注于对付伊朗，却忽略对全球能源市场带来的冲击。真正承受痛苦的是亚洲、南太平洋，以及所有依赖石油的国家。

　　据Montepeque称，如果特朗普收敛行动，今年剩余时间油价可能会维持在每桶100美元左右。
